Multiplicate Decimal with Comma Value

Hello, I have an attribute which contains the netto price. In order to set the brutto price with a MF i have to multiplicate the price with 1,19 (for germany). If i use a comma i get an error. How to handle multiplication in Decimal in MF best?

Please use 1.19 (point) instead of 1,19.
