Move data from a list to another

We are working on a Customers page and a Warnings page, in the customers page we have a button to add a new customer and a button to move them to warnings but we cannot make the “move to warnings” button work, help pls.

I have this 2 entites and they are each connected to their own list

also we have this two pages, customers and warnings and we’re trying to make a button in customers that sends the name from customers to the name in warnings
