attributes from different entities, to create situations

I have attributes from different entities , one is company entity with type and grade attribute and other payment entity with amount attribute . I want to linked them so, when user choose type and grade and writhe specific amount , the amount is changed based on chosen situation type and grade , then the allowed amount related to which company type and grade.
