ByPassing Terms and Condition check via Saved Link Exploit

Hi Team, While login I am checking the Terms and Condition Is Accepted or not by Current User. If not Accepted I am showing Pop up to accept the Terms and Condition. But Some User has Specific Page Link so when they are hitting these links the Terms and Condition Scenario is by passed without checking. How should I fix this scenario? As User whenever Login or clicking the link of specific page the terms and condition should be checked everytime. Thank you for your response inAdvanvce

MAybe something like a snippet in the layout with a datasource microflow that checks the user having accepted the terms, if not open a modal popup to accept the terms like you are doing in the homepage flow.
