DS Microflow getting triggered twice when changing the status filter tab

While changing the status filter tabs , the DS microflow is being called twice instead of one.And because of this , when i am retrieving the list , the list count is coming twice as expected. Ex- From All status , i am clicking on Open status tab , the MF is triggered twice.
