Sign in function in nanoflow - find the password for an account

Hi All, I am trying to create a logic to automatically Sign In a user under one set/forced account. I have the account that I need to Sign In the user: $TruckerEmployee The big question is how can I find the password? Would something like this even be possible to do? Thank you

The password is encrypted and can’t be used, when this woould be possible this would be a major security issue.
