Not able to reflect the delete of entity of type System.FileDocument in microflow

We have list of items. When we click on each item, we show the file, and this creates the file in the folder {projectPath}/deployment/data/files, now after click on item, if I have existing file then I am calling DeleteObject in the microflow, which I think should delete the file, but this is not happening. How can I fix this issue?
