Change aspect ratio of an image inside a microflow

There are many images in database with dynamic aspect ratio. Is it possible to show all the images using image viewer in a fixed dimension. In order to do that I'm trying to change the aspect ration of all the images to 1:1 inside a microflow. Is it doable?
