Microflow is stopping at loading screen even the execution is finished in datagrid2

Hi, We are using datagrid2 to show the list of data. We have a microflow button which when clicked will take a object and change its one of the attribute and show a message with Refresh in client set to ON. So when we checked with adding breakpoint the microflow is running successfully(5-6 sec) but the loading screen is showing infinately even the microflow runs successfully. But if we set refresh in client to No, Then it the end message is showing. But the changes are not updating in Datagrid2. Could someone please help me with this issue. Thanks in advance
