Redirect to URL from Microflow

Hi, Is it possible to redirect user to diffrent url (not in the same application) from MF? It will be great if page will open in the same tab (_self).

From the microflow, open a page with the URL redirector (see: https://appstore.home.mendix.com/link/app/113/Mendix/URL-Redirector )
