Hello I am looking to see if I can use the Excel Importer module to import an excel file on a network on a scheduled basis? I've set the template up and can import the file with no problems manually but I wanted to know what the best way would be to schedule this. What I can't figure out yet is how to get the microflow to keep picking up the file from the folder every time it runs without manually selecting it?

Use the SFTP module to grab the files from an external SFTP server. Then based on the name attach the correct templates and then trigger the import.
