In Send Mail module, want to pass multiple dynamic parameter

Hi, I have created a entity and taken SEND MAIL for send the mail. In Plain body, I want to pass multiple parameter for send on mail. when click on edit button, I want to pass multiple parameter 'supportdescription', how will be do that??
