Processing Order

Hi, I am making a food delivery app and I am having trouble creating a microflow that takes the food items in the customers cart and sends them to the restaurant so the restaurant is able to see what it needs to make. I am also unsure how to clear the cart ones the order is processed without clearing it for the restaurant. A driver must also be able to see this order.
