Embedding an anchor tag in the show message activity of any microflow

I wanted to add a hyperlink in the show message action activity. Something like: Go to <a href="[link-to-go-to]”>[Some-text]</a>

This is not possible. Instead, show a page with popup layout with a link. If the link has to be dynamic i.e. depends on some values in the microflow consider the FormatString widget.
