We are facing an issue while configuring Scheduler region wise. i.e. Region: Asia(UTC+05:30), Africa( UTC+02:00) , Europe ( UTC+04:00 ) Scheduler should run 12AM for each region. any idea?

Let it run each half hour, and first check whether it is on correct local time for one of them compared to UTC. If not let the scheduled event stop.
Still need to account for summer / winter time though.
