It would be great if offline synchronization rules could be maintained at the app module level. This would allow for marketplace modules to be plug-and-play in native apps where the module maintainers can preset synchronization rules directly in the app module.
In order to clarify the feature request, consider the scenario where a production-ready Mendix module package is imported into a Mendix app project.
Consider the real-world example of an open-source digital wallet implementation illustrated below. The Mendix project maintainer needs to configure one of many offline synchronization rules that currently (as of Mendix v9.24.5) can only be applied at the project level Native navigation profile.
Ideally, a Mendix developer is given the option to apply synchronization rules pre-configured at the module package level.
