Navigate to a page though Applicationurl /p/page in hybrid mobile app

Hi Team, Is it possible to naviagte to a page through /p/page url in hyrbid mobile application like how we do in our web applications. Am using AzureAd integration where the redirect url was confgured to Applicationurl/p/page where I am calling a nanoflow to get authentication tokens for my work flow. Is there any possible way to achieve it ? Help me out !! Thanks in advance
