Facing error while trying to access native app through Make it native ( Mendix App in play store to access native app )

Hi Everyone, I need to access native app in my Mobile but while trying to open it through Make it native  app, throws below error on my mobile screen. I tried to resolve the issue but didn't get success.    So, if anyone has faced the same  or pointer for help regarding this, please share.
