how Hybrid Mobile APP open page use local URL？

I want create a hybrid Mobile app，and use local url if I use the mendix cloud URL，the APP working；but if i change to local URL，it not anybody knows？

If you are changing it so you can test locally you should do it differently. Follow the documentation here: https://docs.mendix.com/refguide7/developing-hybrid-mobile-apps
