Native App synchronization failed with undefined is not an object

I have a Native App that runs fine on Iphone and Android. But on 1 Huawai phone it causes problems. After logging in to the app (with the same account that works fine on another device), an error message "undefined is not an object" is displayed during synchronization. No data is being synchronized. And it gives error messages on all pages. Does anyone have an idea where to look for this?
