Use of input reference set selector in Native Mobile application

  Since the  input reference set selector widget is not supported on native mobile pages, what all are the alternatives to set associations. Thanks

You could create and extra page (or extra pages) to select/set the desired value for your associated entity. Also, have a look for specific widgets here: https://marketplace.mendix.com/link/component/109513.
