I have added an autonumber on a native page but shows error that it is not allowed, however, it is mandatory to show this field as it includes request number related to the buisines

Autonumbers are not supported in a native profile. As a workaround you could add an extra attribute to your entity and fill it with the autonumber value. Then display that on your native page.
