LearnNow app mobile not showing Map icon or View Route button

I completed module 10 of Become a Rapid Developer, when I test it on my iPhones I don’t see the Map Icon as the demo_trainee user.   I don’t think the TrainingEvent_Overview_Mobile page is being loaded.  I also imported the final package RAD_9_5_Module_11.mpk and tested with it, same problem.  The app is working in all other pages.

Does this happen in 9.7? The training is created in 9.5. Maybe that causes a difference.
