Hi All, We are having a native mobile application and it is working fine most of the time. On doing a specific operation in the Production application, for some users, they are getting Mendix error. “An Error Occurred. Please contact your system admin”. Since we are not able to replicate the issue from our side, we are not able to check. We thought of keeping logs, but since we cannot connect to end user’s device we will not be able to view the logs. Is there a way that we can create a table and upload logs to the server? We just need to do upstream synchronization of logs, we don't need to download the errors in the server to device since it will create an overhead. Is there a way that we can have a synchronization configuration that it only supports upstream not downstream?
