can we approve request in offline ?? (mendix mobile)

I’m working in Mendix Native, I’m working on creating a fully offline mobile application. I can retrieve data in offline but don’t know how to approve or reject the request offline. How to store these request changes in our database in offline? How to approve request in Mendix Native Mobile offline? Kindly help me by providing solutions.. Thanking You :)
