Mx 9.18.4 Native issue - Any change triggers a complete data refresh on the device

Hi, Just upgraded to 9.18.4. Now the device gets a complete data refresh on every modeler change I make (and run). Before, only certain changes would trigger that, changes that have impact on the data mainly. A mere change to a label on a page, certainly not. Anybody experiencing the same? Anybody a solution on how to solve this?
