Recording video with camera in native app

Hi ,  Is it currently possible to record video with the camera in a native app ?  I can’t find this feature anywhere… strange since it seems like a pretty common feature to find in any mobile app   Does someone has any info on this ?

Hello Jordan,

Mendix don’t recommend to manage videos in mendix file system, that is why you can’t find an option to record video in mendix.


However you can use java action or javascript action to record video and store it in Amazon S3.
