Can I integrate 3rd party SDKs to a native offline build or is it only libraries that can be included?

Sendbird has a nice tutorial on how to use their react native functionallity here. Can I combine this with "Build JavaScript actions for native" or is it impossible because it is an SDK and not a single library? Where can I find the "App" function in Mendix described in step 5 of the SendBird tutorial? Kind regards Johan
