Stuck on splash screen after build a native mobile apk

Hello everyone, I was generating a certificate from this site https://www.applicationloader.net/keystore.html And adding it to android certificate when I build native mobile app. Before I add the certificate, the application can run as usual. But when i build after add a certificate, it got stuck on splash screen and can't move to the main screen. Please give me a solution, maybe step by step to resolve this problem.
