Proper documentation for testflight can be found on the Apple Developer website, as this is an Apple product. Mendix doesn't maintain a copy of this documentation as it is subject to changes by Apple. You can find the most recent documentation here.
Please note that you will have to join the Apple developer program and you will need XCode which only runs on MacOS. So you either need a Mac or you have to rent a virtual Mac from an online provide
