Image does not show up after synchronization on Native App (Android device)

Hi all , I can't view an image on Android devices after synchronization. It works perfectly on iOS, but the same image does not appear for Android. If I uninstall and reload the app, I can see all images on both devices; otherwise, no new images appear after synchronizing on the Android device. How can I fix this problem? Thank you! Goktug
