Cant able to retrieve the sytem.image entity in microflow

Hi  In a listing page, I used system.image entity to display an image along with its name. However, when I retrieve the same entity elsewhere, the console shows a size of 0.

It sounds like it could be a security issue. Is the System.Image owned by a different user when it shows a size of 0? Does the user role have read access?
