Upload image/File in Mobile app using non persistent entity

I have a registration form having dataview with Non persistent entity ApplicationNPO. I am storing data to Application entity. I would like to upload an image and a file document along with it. How can I achieve in the mobile app?

The Native File Documents widget from the marketplace is the go to option for anything related to files and file documents on native mobile.
