Native application not working after iphone update to IOS 18

Hi guys (and ladies), We have a problem with our native application. Users with an Iphone 15pro, who have updated to IOS18 can't open the app anymore. Users with another IOS version or another Iphone dont expierence this problem. I firstly asked if Mendix support could solve this issue but they haven't found a solutions with looking at our logs. Does anyone else have simular issues? Thanks in advance! (Mendix version: 9.24.27)

Update the native template and rebuild and publish your app. The issue will be solved.

Hi Lennart,

That helped indeed, thankyou!

Now the user can open the app but the data isn't synchronizing.

In the logs it says: 'A mobile client requested OTA, but the client is not compatible for the following reason(s). The OTA won't be served. -Mismatched dependency version for react-native-permissions. The client has 3.3.1, but the OTA package requires 3.6.1'.

I find this strange since the user is on the latest IOS version. Can you point me in the right direction again?

We are experiencing the same issue and have the latest Native Template installed. Has Mendix validated that Mendix 9.24.x can work with iOS 18 or will this require a major upgrade to Mendix 10?
