Getting the error Category: Client and Item: Error: internal error after upgrading to latest version

I am getting error message pop ups "ClientError: internal errorAn error occured, please contact your system administrator." which is coming from system texts "Category: Client and Item: Error: internal error". There is nothing coming up in the logs and also no error in the local. I get this error message on few specific page navigation/microflow calls. My app was on Mendix 7.1.1 and I upgraded to 7.14.1. How to resolve this issue?

Romil,
I noticed this in the release notes for 7.14.1. Maybe if you set Client log node to Trace in the Desktop Modeler, you'll see some errors in the console:
