Open PDF file in an external browser in mobile app

Hi, I am creating a file.pdf of type system.file document. Using mendix download file feature I am downloading that file. But in iOS the pdf opens in internal app browser. I want to open this file in safari. How I can do this? I tried to URL and open in browser it is giving me 401 Unauthorized error. Please help. Thanks in advance.
