Files not downloading in hybrid mobile app

Hi,   I’m using multi file download widget from mendix app store and it works fine in Responsive and in mobile browser. But no action or no error thrown when trying to download multi files in mobile app. Any suggestions to fix this issue please?   Thanks, Vanda

Hi Vanda,

Looks like this widget doesn't support native mobile apps. 

You need to either request the widget owner to upgrade this widget to support react native mobile apps or if you can then you can upgrade it yourself https://docs.mendix.com/howto/extensibility/pluggable-widgets
