Best Practice / Suggestions for Offline App & Push Notifications

Hi there, Implementing Push Notifications in an offline app and i’m having trouble working out a good workflow to get the device registration to the cloud after it’s created on the device. Currently it seems that the registration doesn’t get pushed to the cloud until the user manually presses a sync button after authorizing push notifications. Anyone have any experience with this? Is there a way to get that object pushed to the cloud as soon as its created? Thnx, Jonathan
