Make log file naming consistent in Cloud v3

When going to the log file overview, archived log files have a name in the format: yyyyMMdd_HHmmss.log

However when fetching the current log file it will get the name: Project_Environment_ddMMyyyy_HHmmss.log

It would be very nice if the naming of these files was consistent. Even better would be if the naming of these files would be configurable.
