Right now the timestamp in log files is formatted as: MMM dd HH:mm:ss.SSS
I don't know why this format was chosen, but IMHO this is an annoying format especially because the year is left out and the month is displayed as the abbreviate String version.
As some people and applications might have adopted to this notation, maybe it would be nice if the format would be configurable on a project level, somewhere.
