Sort Running now by duration

When applications get inexplicably slow, you'll want to look at the metrics as well as the “running  now” section. Unfortunately, once an application is slow, the “running now” list may have several hundred actions running at the same time. It can be very tricky to find out what's causing the problem.

For that reason, I'd like to request a small quality of life change:

• Add a sort function for duration, or always sort the grid to show the highest duration first if a dynamic sort cannot be added

In addition to that, I believe it would be very helpful to have a little log of recent actions that took longer than x amount of time. I know ADP (formerly APM) offers an overview of these things, but during serious performance issues, ADM no longer functions. Just a button with “recent long running requests” or something similar would be very helpful to pinpoint the cause even if you weren't lucky enough to click “running now” at the exact right time.
