In V4 it's no longer possible to see the (growth of) filestorage used for the documents in my app.
For the management of my apps that's unpractical as i cannot easily periodically check that part of the health of my app and act upon it.
Apparently it's intentionally but I would be happy if it was visible for us.

In Mendix Cloud v4, there are some monitoring features which are available in v3 which are not currently available – in particular:
