Any insights on the below issue could help and a ticket 186710 also logged to Mendix support. The app log shows these two errors and it may involved in Mendix system module using native mobile with Mx version 9.12.4. Issue #1: ERROR: duplicate key value violates unique constraint "system$filedocument_pkey" Detail: Key (id)=(68961369294264749) already exists. Issue #2: The locks took over and seems to have caused the issue with the app instances. It looks like it was a query "DELETE FROM "system$offlinecreatedguids" WHERE "id" = $1" that caused the locks.
