APM Multiple User Access

I set up APM2 in our testing environment. When I pull up APM I can see the new environment but other people who log on don’t see it. How do I authorize other users to use the newly created environment?

Hi Richard,

The most probable cause of this is that you created a modeler environment, not a cloud slot environment. You can select ‘Modeler Environment Yes/No’ upon creation of a new environment, but can't change it afterwards. If you don't see the option and are only able to create modeler environments, then you don’t have the right (node) permissions in Sprintr. In that case, somebody who does should either create the environments for you (cloud slot environments are visible for everyone), or grant you the node permissions.
