Reduce 404s in logs by blacklist unused folders by default

Hi,

Everyday I see logs like this: 404 - file not found for file: ru/info.php.

It annoys me since I don’t think that it is an error that the server could not serve the file info.php in the folder ru.

I would like the last rule in 'Path Based Access Restrictions' to be a wildcard that catches all folders that have not been whitelisted earlier and denies access to them.
