add description to access rules in xpath of an entity

because of our multitenant structure we use a lot of XPath restrictions.
allowing us to add notes helps with the maintanance.
resulting in less security leaks

Access rules have a documentation section, but it doesn’t show as a column in the overview, which would be a great improvement.
