I followed the guide to set up Mendix SSO for my app on production level, i manage to see the “authorize” page for the first time, and after i have authorised and jumps back to the same login page, never logs in to my app, how do I fix this please?

First set the log level higher for the SAML module. Then you will see if there is a configuration problem. I also always use SAML tracer a firefox plugin to test SAML configs. And do inspect the SAML requests. See what is sended out and what you got back from the identity provider.
