My App security is OFF. but when trying to run app on cloud (Sandbox) or on Mobile phone it is asking me ID and Password.

Please guide how to resolve this issue. Without that not able to test app on Mobile. Even though I am security as ‘Production’ than also after running on Mendix cloud giving error as wrong ID and Password
