I am building a simple app with SAML integration. Where am I supposed to grant access to the user( apart from Studio Pro). Is there a centralized place – where this can be achieved?

You need an IDP to centralize all users, then configure mendix app saml module to integrate with idp. New user will be create from idp and this user can able access to mendix app via saml integration.
