Password changes every time I restart the local server

Issue: Set password on a user. Able to login. Restart server. Unable to login. Invalid password. Check the database. Password changes every time I restart the local server. Answer: I had switched from Demo to Production Security. My users were demo users. This is probably why the password was reset. I guess those demo users are updated at startup. I removed my demo users from the security settings and disabled demo users. Everything is fine now.
